Cleanpart was successfully certified by ASML, worldwide leader in the manufacturing of photolithography equipment’s for the semiconductor industry. ASML manufactures machines that are key to the production of integrated circuits (ICs), such as CPUs, MEMS, DRAM memory, flash memory.
Becoming a certified vendor for ASML is a big step forward for Cleanpart. It will allow our group to service ASML and it broad suppliers’ base with innovative state-of-the-art services, for both cleaning services (grade 2- grade 4) and analytical services (RGA - Residual Gas Analysis).
