Following the antitrust approval, Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation is the new owner of the Cleanpart Group. This holds true for all Cleanpart locations in Germany, France and the USA.
Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation (herein after “MCC”), a leading Japanese chemical company with its headquarters in Tokyo Japan, having about 40,000 employees worldwide, operates with its subsidiary Shinryo Corporation already similar services in industrial parts cleaning as the Cleanpart Group does. The services Shinryo Corporation offers are geographically concentrated in the Asian region i.e. Japan, China and Taiwan
Within MCC, Cleanpart belongs to the Information and Electronics Divison lead by Division General Manager Mr. Kanji Aikawa, which is within the Information, Electronics and Display Business Domain headed by Chief Operating Officer Mr. Johei Takimoto.
There will be no organizational or operational changes at Cleanpart in the near term. Cleanpart will continue operating as an independent company in the MCC Information and Electronics Division.
With this step from an owner-managed company to a part of a global corporation, a new, exciting phase in the history of Cleanpart with huge development potential Begins.
